Now you’re in control, wherever and whenever. Add your Wi-Fi enabled Haier appliances to the app, then check in or manage your laundry appliances or air conditioner at any time.
Status updates
Get visibility of the performance and status of your connected appliances. Review how long until the wash is finished, or check if you remembered to turn the air conditioner off.
Notifications
Activate notifications for your connected appliances so you know when the dryer’s finished with your clean sheets, if the wash is done or when your living room has reached the perfect temperature thanks to your Haier air conditioner.

How it Works
Download the app
Then sign into or register your account. If you’re signing up for a new account, you’ll be asked to verify your email, then return to the app to sign in.
Select your appliance
After signing in, you’ll be asked to select the appliance you want to connect, and the type.
Connect with your appliance
Once you’ve chosen your Wi-Fi enabled appliance, you’ll be guided through steps to connect that specific appliance. Once that’s done, use the button at the top right of your app to set up any further appliances you want to connect.
Find out which app you need for your Air Conditioner
Your Haier air conditioner is designed to offer connectivity using either the SmartHQ™ app, or our SmartAir2 app.
Please select the connected appliance you wish to setup.
The most common kind of Haier air conditioner for the home is the Hi Wall Split. Figuring out which of our apps is the correct one to use is easy: just check if there is a label like the one shown below on your air conditioning unit.
Then click on the button that applies below, and you’ll be taken to download the correct app.

Security
We use industry standard security methodologies to protect your appliance and data, from development through to your home. We regularly test to ensure these industry standards are met, and send updates to our appliance via the Wi-Fi connection to maintain protection.
How can we help?
To save you time, we've complied some of the most frequently asked questions below.
Search for the model on the Haier website, and on the detail page for your product, look for reference to ‘Wi-Fi and Voice Control’. You can also look for a page called Wi-Fi Connection” or “Wi-Fi Connection and Remote” in your Use and Care Guide that came with the appliance.
There’s a step-by-step process that’s outlined in-app for each appliance type. The starting point is to download the SmartHQ™ app via the Google Play or Apple Store, create a SmartHQ™ account and then tap “Add Appliance”.
Both the SmartHQ™ and the SmartAir2 apps are located on the Google Play Store (For Android devices) or App Store (for Apple devices). Use the tool above to check which app is the right one for your air conditioner.
At the launch of SmartHQ™, your Haier front loader H500 and H600 washing machines and heat pump dryers can be used with the app, as well as Wi-Fi enabled split wall Haier air conditioners. As we bring out more connected appliances, your SmartHQ™ app will be able to do even more.
